  • 45 minute block start concepts and application
  • Attend all 6, 45 minutes sessions
    Blocks, running, triple jump, long jump, hurdles, weights
  • 45 minute session on hurdles
  • 45 minute session on long jump
  • 45 minute session on running.
  • 45 minute session on triple jump
  • 45 minute session on weight training to include sled and resistance pulls.

Barrunning track and field clinic. Teaching the basic concepts of Barrunning as they relate to track and field.

You can purchase the full session or individual sessions.

Each session is 45 minutes in length.

Coaches can bring one athlete to attend with them.  This can be a club coach, school coach or private coach. Please do not try and abuse the system. You can not bring a friend as your plus 1.

A coach can  sign up for the full session or multiple sessions and bring a different athlete to each session they attend.
