    Yes that is Ben and yes his xyphoid is way out in front. I wonder if that would make tackling safer or more dangerous?

    Watch for the arm movement. In  the blue shorts versus red shorts, blue shorts gets foot down faster but yet red short gets to recovery position just as fast.

    Bottom sequence focus on red  shorts and green shorts. In the upper sequence focus on red shorts and blue shorts.

    Been looking at this for days trying to figure out the differences.  Not sure-  Is the hip moving at the same time as the foot for one and the other is lagging?

    A sequence of pictures showing athletes in almost identical  positions. So why is one faster than the other.
